Allaine joined Kin Financial in early 2024, quickly finding her stride in a team that celebrates growth and collaboration. After transitioning from maternity leave and searching for a flexible yet fulfilling career, she discovered her passion for mortgage broking.

Starting as an Administrative Specialist, she mastered the end-to-end process—handling everything from verifying financials to managing settlements.

By August 2025, she stepped into her current role as Team Leader. With sharp skills in lender policy, serviceability, and CRM platforms, Allaine now assesses borrowing power and drives loan applications forward—empowering clients through every

Kei Namkoong

Kei Namkoong brings years of hands-on experience in the Australian mortgage industry, starting out as a Loan Processor with a non-conforming lender.

 

After building a solid foundation in servicing and stakeholder communication, Kei joined Kin Financial as a Senior Loan Processor, expertly managing everything from serviceability assessments to post-settlement support. Over the years, Kei has developed a deep understanding of various loan scenarios and lender policies.

 

Now working in a Quality Assurance role, Kei ensures all servicing calculations are accurate and compliant. Known for earning client trust and navigating complex loan structures, Kei is a vital part of the Kin Financial team.

Louise Condemilicor

Louise brings a wealth of lending experience to Kin Financial, having begun her career in 2017 as a Loan Processing Officer with a non-bank lender. After five years, she transitioned into the brokerage space to gain deeper insight into the client journey, ultimately joining Kin Financial in 2023.

 

Now celebrating her second anniversary with the team, Louise continues to thrive in an environment built on collaboration, trust, and mutual respect.

 

With end-to-end processing skills, deep knowledge of lender policies, and expertise in both bank and non-bank servicing calculators, Louise is a trusted professional committed to helping clients navigate complex lending scenarios.

What I love about working at Kin Financial is helping people achieve their goal of owning a home or investment property, it’s incredibly rewarding to know I’m part of such an important milestone in their lives. The job keeps me on my toes because every loan file is unique and brings its own challenges. Whether it’s tracking down missing documents or meeting tight deadlines, there’s always something to work through, which keeps things interesting and engaging. I also really value the supportive team environment here—everyone works together to get things done, and that sense of teamwork makes a huge difference, especially during busy or high-pressure times.


One thing I really enjoy about working with clients is building that sense of trust and connection. It feels good to guide them through the loan process, answer their questions, and help ease any stress they’re feeling. Seeing their excitement when everything comes together makes it all worthwhile.

I started my career as a Loan Processor and Sales Support Officer, assisting brokers with home loans and car loans from lodgement to settlement on the lender side. Wanting to gain experience from both perspectives, I took on a Settlement Officer role on the brokerage side. Eventually, I was promoted to Loan Processor and later hired in the same role at Kin Financial.
